Barbara Kristiansson Graduates from Leadership St. Paul (LSP)

ST. PAUL, MINNESOTA - Barbara Kristiansson graduated from Leadership St. Paul (LSP), a St. Paul Chamber of Commerce program that prepares, challenges and engages emerging and existing leaders to strengthen the St Paul/East Metro Area. This year 46 individuals participated in the ten month program. They met each month with day long programs focusing on community education, healthcare, economic development and criminal justice. LSP curriculum is designed to raise awareness of the needs and challenges that affect the St Paul/East Metro region, with a focus on community stewardship. Ms Kristiansson participated on a community service team with four other classmates. Thanks to their collective efforts, a new Farmers Market in the Highland Park area is under consideration, with a 2010 projected kick off date .
