Please Note: DIRECTIONS TO US BANK PLAZA: From the North: On August 1, the I-35 W bridge over the Mississippi River collapsed. Here is the new route to reach our downtown Minneapolis office: Take Hwy 35 W South to the 4th Street/University Avenue Exit. Take a right on 4th Street to Central Avenue. Take a left on Central Avenue, which becomes 3rd Avenue South. Our office is on the corner of 3rd Avenue South and 5th Street. When you get to 5th Street, cross the Light Rail Tracks and take an immediate right hand turn. To get in the parking ramp, take the first possible left hand turn into our building. You may also follow the designated routes on the Minnesota Department of Transportation Website. Please log on to http://www.dot.state.mn.us/ to view the detour routes. Click here for a printable map of the detour routes. From the East: Take I-94 West to the 11th Street exit. Continue on 11th Street and then take a right (North) onto Marquette Avenue South. Turn right (East) onto 6th Street South. US Bank Plaza will be on your left on the Northeast corner of 6th Street and 2nd Avenue South. From the South: Take 494 West to 35W North. At the 35W and MN-65 (Downtown Exits) split, stay in the left lane to take the MN-65 Downtown Exits. Exit onto 5th Avenue South. Take 5th Avenue South to 3rd Street South. Turn left (West) onto 3rd Street South. Turn left (South) onto 2nd Avenue South and left (East) onto 6th Street South. US Bank Plaza will be on your left on the Northeast corner of 6th Street and 2nd Avenue South.
