Diversity

“With women leading the professional and business sides of our firm, we hope our clients and colleagues benefit today from the diversity and inclusion strides we’ve accomplished so far.

Still, we know that there is never a “done” when it comes to creating a team that reflects the diversity of the clients and communities we serve—and the enhanced richness diverse perspectives can create. For that reason, we remain committed to ongoing efforts to make ours a diverse and inclusive practice by finding, hiring, training, and retaining, qualified candidates from all backgrounds. We know doing so best serves the clients we represent and our individual belonging as a firm.”

Sara Gullickson McGrane,
President, Felhaber Larson
