Alice Berquist has over 25 years of legal experience, primarily in the area of employment law counseling. She began her career at the Felhaber firm in the labor and employment law area, but also spent several several years as lead in-house employment law counsel for three large health care organizations in the Twin Cities. In this role, she worked closely with management and Human Resources to manage high risk situations and to develop policies and training to avoid employment law claims. Building on her training experience, she founded and operated a successful company that provided interactive Internet training regarding harassment in the workplace. Ms. Berquist also taught as an adjunct professor at William Mitchell College of Law for several years.
