Alice Berquist has over 25 years of legal experience, primarily in the area of employment law counseling and more recently in estate planning. She began her career at the Felhaber firm in the labor and employment law area, followed by 13 years of experience as lead in-house employment law counsel for two large health care organizations in the Twin Cities. Building on her training experience, she founded and operated a successful company that provided Internet training regarding harassment in the workplace. Ms. Berquist also taught as an adjunct professor at William Mitchell College of Law for several years.
As a member of the firm’s Estate Planning Section, Ms. Berquist advises clients on estate planning and trust and estate issues. She listens to the individual concerns of her clients and works with them to develop customized estate plans. Ms. Berquist also continues her employment law advice, counseling and training work as an active member of the firm's Labor and Employment Practice Section.
