Karen Charlson's practice focuses on litigation with specialization in the areas of workers’ compensation defense, OSHA defense, employment law and commercial litigation. Ms. Charlson has experience in jury trials, bench trials, administrative hearings and has appeared before the NLRB and DOLI OSH Review Board. She also provides counseling and advice on general employment matters, including areas of workers’ compensation/risk management and OSHA compliance. Ms. Charlson heads up Felhaber’s Workers’ Compensation and OSHA practice areas and she was named a shareholder of the firm in 2006.
