Grant Collins’ practice encompasses: employment law, including advice and litigation; traditional labor law, including advising clients on a variety of labor-related issues and representing clients before the National Labor Relations Board; and complex litigation, including collective actions under the Fair Labor Standards Act and enforcement actions by the Securities and Exchange Commission. Grant also serves as the Co-Editor of Minnesota Employment Law Report, an up-to-the-minute online journal of the latest developments in labor and employment law in Minnesota and throughout the country.
During law school, Grant won awards for legal writing and oral advocacy, served as managing director of the Maynard Pirsig Moot Court, and worked as a student attorney in the Civil Practice Clinic. Grant also worked during law school as an extern for the Honorable Richard H. Kyle, United States District Judge, District of Minnesota.
