David Cremons acts as principal legal counsel to numerous business organizations, including manufacturers, distribution companies, warehousing and transportation operations, real estate development firms, contractors, advertising and marketing firms, and various service professionals. In such capacity, Mr. Cremons is frequently involved in the creation of new entities, as well as in the restructuring, sale and purchase of business operations. His experience in the real estate area has included acting as lead counsel in the development of office buildings, hotels, medical clinics, refrigerated warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and residential complexes. Mr. Cremons has also represented Fortune 500 companies, the University of Minnesota, and public agencies on various projects. He is frequently called upon to manage the delivery of legal services to corporate clients, including the management of litigation, intellectual property issues, and services by outside counsel. Mr. Cremons is a qualified neutral and has successfully mediated a number of large, complex multi-party commercial and construction disputes.
