Tom Doyle's practice focuses principally on representing closely-held corporations and non-profit organizations in respect of organizational structure and governance, transactions and contracting. He performs some estate planning work, principally for closely-held business owners, and has experience in the design and implementation of specialized risk management programs including risk retention group, group self-insurance and reciprocal arrangements. Tom is currently serving as the firm's Chairman of the Board.
