Legal Administrative Assistant:
Stephanie Gavin | (651) 312-6045
“I foster clients’ business growth and prosperity by providing practical legal advice.”
Jon acts as outside general counsel to privately-held companies, providing customized legal solutions to enhance their commercial endeavors. He represents clients in a variety of business and litigation matters. Jon has an M.B.A. and welcomes the opportunity to work with entrepreneurs and start-up companies.
Jon augments his general practice with a unique niche, consulting and advising clients with respect to internet domain names. Many clients are astonished to learn that two of their most valuable assets—their internet domain name and website—are plagued with cybersquatters who deliberately profit at the expense of the clients’ intellectual property rights. Jon provides a common-sense approach to successfully regaining control of intellectual property rights and preventing future instances of abuse.
