Jon acts as outside general counsel to privately-held companies, providing customized legal solutions to fit each clients’ needs. He represents clients in a variety of industries, including retail, technology, medical, manufacturing, real estate, fitness/athletics, security, consumable products, and service. His clients range from entrepreneurs and start-up companies to established multi-million dollar enterprises with national name recognition.
Jon’s business training distinguishes him from other lawyers. Jon utilizes his master’s degree in Business Administration (M.B.A.) with his law degree to provide comprehensive analysis and guidance to clients. Jon’s approach is especially valuable to clients who want an attorney who understands not just legal matters, but also the dynamics and efficiencies of business.
