Tim Hassett practices in the areas of real estate, construction and business law. He is a frequent lecturer and author on construction, real estate and business topics for legal, construction and real estate associations. He has significant experience in construction law, real estate development and sales and extensive background in real estate related litigation. He is a Fellow at the American College of Real Estate Lawyers, a Past Chairman of the Minnesota State Bar Association’s Real Estate Section, a Certified Real Property Law Specialist, and a member of the Real Property Law Specialist Certification Board. Tim Hassett was recently named among the Best Lawyers in America 2011. Tim Hassett has published over 50 articles on various real estate, business and construction law topics. He is a co-editor of the Minnesota Real Estate Deskbook, published by Minnesota CLE. He has also published articles in the Minnesota Real Estate Law Journal, The Minnesota Builder Magazine and in the Builders Digest. He is co-author of the Summary Guide to Construction Defect Claims, published by Minnesota CLE.
