Christopher Hayhoe's practice focuses on real estate finance and development, construction, corporate and partnership law, and related litigation.
His business clients include corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships engaged in a wide variety of industries. Mr. Hayhoe serves as general counsel for several of these companies, and supplies advice and assistance on legal and business issues they face.
Mr. Hayhoe has considerable experience in business litigation, including shareholder disputes. His experience in real estate litigation includes construction defects claims, mechanic’s liens and payment bonds, eminent domain and boundary law. He is a frequent lecturer to industry and professional groups on real estate and construction law topics. Mr. Hayhoe is currently serving as the firm's President and a member of the firm's Management Committee.
