Daniel Kelly represents businesses and individuals in commercial and civil litigation, employment law matters, and provides general business law advice. He has litigated cases involving contracts, securities, employment law, non-compete agreements, trade dress, commercial and residential property disputes and constitutional law.
In addition, Mr. Kelly assists clients in forming business entities, drafting contracts, negotiating asset and stock purchase agreements and handling all types of employment-related issues.
Mr. Kelly also serves as Chair of the firm's Recruiting Committee.
