My practice focuses on the representation of homeowners associations (HOAs), multi-family developers, and property owners. I specialize in drafting governing documents for HOAs, lien foreclosures, bankruptcy, HOA collections, enforcement of HOA governing documents, creation of common interest communities (condominiums, townhome communities, and cooperatives), and common interest community conversions. I am well versed in the Minnesota Common Interest Ownership (MCIOA). I also practice other real estate related law and creditor remedies law.

- Represents HOAs on corporate matters, drafting and revision of governing documents, and dispute resolution.
- Represents HOAs and other secured parties on real estate foreclosures and other creditor remedies.
- Represents developers in the creation or conversion of multi-family developments (condominiums, townhome communities, and cooperatives), drafting of governing documents, purchase agreements, and disclosure information to purchasers.
