Lee Lastovich represents employers, business clients and individuals involved in business disputes and litigation. He regularly represents clients in jury and court trials, commercial arbitration, and before administrative agencies. Throughout his career, Mr. Lastovich has tried cases to verdict or award involving business disputes, employment claims, real estate matters, and complex multi-party litigation.
Mr. Lastovich is an “AV” rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell (highest rating), and has been repeatedly named a Super Lawyer® by Minnesota Law and Politics, most recently in the area of Employment Defense Litigation.
In addition to advocating on behalf of clients, Mr. Lastovich is also a Qualified Neutral authorized to serve as a mediator or arbitrator to work with parties and their attorneys towards Alternative Dispute Resolution.
Mr. Lastovich is the Co-Chair of the Firm's Litigation Section.
