Before joining the Felhaber law firm in July 2008, Patricia Monson practiced for 28 years in Fargo, North Dakota. She has extensive trial experience in state and federal courts in both North Dakota and Minnesota. She has successfully handled appeals to the Supreme Courts in North Dakota and Minnesota and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. Ms. Monson practices primarily in the areas of employment law, health law, railroad defense and construction law.
Ms. Monson has significant experience in all aspects of employment law including advice and counsel to clients in the areas of employment contracts; age, disability and gender discrimination; harassment; non-solicitation and non-compete agreements; compliance with state and federal law; affirmative action planning and OFCCP audits. She is a frequent speaker on the topic of employment law and civil litigation.
