Richard Salmen practices in the areas of bankruptcy, business organizations and reorganizations, commercial transactions, commercial lending, and real estate law. He represents numerous closely-held and other business entities, banks and commercial real estate clients in mergers and acquisitions, asset, business and real estate sale, purchase, lending and borrowing transactions; commercial leasing and landlord and tenant matters; business bankruptcy, financial restructuring and workout transactions for both debtors and creditors; entity formation and a variety of other commercial transaction matters.
Mr. Salmen serves on the firm’s Management Committee as its Vice President and is a member of the firm’s Board of Directors.
