Catherine (“Trina”) Sjoberg, a shareholder with Felhaber, Larson, Fenlon & Vogt, P.A., practices in the areas of real estate and business law. She has substantial experience in negotiating and documenting commercial loan transactions and represents national lenders, community banks and borrowers in construction and real estate financing, secured and unsecured revolving credit and term financing, SBA financing, other secured and unsecured financings and, when the need arises, workouts and foreclosures. Trina is also an experienced leasing attorney, proficient in office, retail, industrial and stadium lease matters, as well as communications site lease and license agreements. She serves as counsel for developer clients in acquiring property for development and in structuring, financing, development and operation of single and multi-family residential developments, commercial developments, mixed-use developments and master plan communities. She also represents residential and commercial owner associations in operational and collections matters. She routinely negotiates and drafts a wide variety of commercial contracts based upon the unique needs of clients. She also assists clients with entity formations and corporate governance matters.
Trina joined Felhaber after practicing law in Denver, Colorado, where she gained substantial experience in commercial real estate, including sports facilities and stadium development.
