The law firm of Felhaber, Larson, Fenlon and Vogt, P.A. is pleased to announce that BRIAN T. BENKSTEIN has joined the firm's Minneapolis office. Mr. Benkstein focuses his practice in the areas of employment, labor law, and general litigation. Brian represents clients in a wide range of issues stemming from discrimination laws (ADA, FMLA, Title VII), labor laws, as well as other laws which generally affect businesses. Brian combines his legal training with eight years of management experience in the health care industry. Prior to joining the firm, Brian worked for a local health care corporation who operated nursing homes in the Twin-City metropolitan area and served in a variety of management positions including six years as a licensed nursing home administrator. Brian understands the pressures businesses face, and management in particular, when he develops both legal and practical solutions for his clients.

Mr. Benkstein graduated with a B.S., magna cum laude, from The University of Wisconsin at Eau Claire in 1994. He received his J. D. from William Mitchell College of Law in 2003.
