MINNEAPOLIS, MINNESOTA-The Twin Cities law firm of Felhaber, Larson, Fenlon and Vogt, P.A. is pleased to announce that James A. Blomquist, Attorney, was recently appointed as the Course Chair for the License Agreements Seminar, put on by The Minnesota Institute of Legal Education (MILE).

Mr. Blomquist's practice encompasses all areas of commercial contracts, real estate, corporate law and computer law. He has extensive experience in representing both licensees and licensors of computer software. Mr. Blomquist also handles trademark, trade name, internet domain name and copyright issues.

For over 25 years Mr. Blomquist has represented clients regarding a multitude of contract and licensing matters including equipment acquisitions involving printing presses, computer equipment and pollution control devices.
