R. Ecklund was recently elected to serve her 2nd four-year
term on the Minnesota Humanities Commission(MHC) board. Last year
she served as board chair and was recently appointed to serve
as chair for the upcoming year.

communities by providing leadership, resources, and programs that
advance the study of the humanities-the foundation of democracy,
government, and civil life-and that enhance the work of schools,

Kareen R. Ecklund provides general business advice

a certified real property law specialist, she has particular expertise
