B. Eide to the American College of Real Estate Lawyers.
Mr. Eide has more than 25 years experience in the areas of real
estate and corporate law. He has a broad-based background in commercial
and residential real estate transactions, and the structuring,
financing, development and operation of multifamily housing and
commercial developments, primarily under the Minnesota Common
Interest Ownership Act.
The American College of Real Estate Lawyers
has approximately 850 members and membership is by invitation
only. ACREL was established in 1978 and is limited to members
who have established expertise in real estate law, who observe
high standards of professional and ethical conduct, who have contributed
substantially to improvement of real estate law and practice,
and who have a minimum of ten years experience in real estate
law.
