J. Patrick
Brinkman, Harold
LeVander, Jr., and Richard
C. Salmen have joined
the firm.
Brinkman concentrates his practice in the areas
of business organization and planning, commercial transactions
and financing, business and commercial lending, commercial real
estate, and mergers and acquisitions. LeVander focuses on public
utilities, employment, cooperative and corporate law. Salmen represents
clients in bankruptcy, business organizations and reorganizations,
commercial transactions, business and commercial lending, and
real estate law.

Brinkman
is a Certified Public Accountant and is a Real Estate Specialist
certified by the Minnesota State Bar Association. He has been
designated as one of Minnesota's Super Lawyers® by Minnesota Law & Politics and Mpls.-St. Paul magazine in 2000. He received a B.A. in accounting
from the University of St. Thomas and a J.D. from William Mitchell
College of Law.
LeVander
received a B.A. in political science, magna cum laude, from Gustavus
Adolphus College and a LL.B. from Harvard Law School. He has been
designated as one of Minnesota's Super Lawyers® by Minnesota Law & Politics and Mpls.-St. Paul magazine in 1998, 1999 and 2000.
