Mr. Hughes focuses his practice on employee benefits and compensation and related business matters. He has over fifteen years of experience in assisting clients with retirement, compensation, health and welfare programs and employee stock ownership plans.

Mr. Hughes graduated with a B.A. cum laude from the University of Saint Thomas in 1981. He received his J.D., cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1985.
