Felhaber, Larson, Fenlon & Vogt, P.A. is pleased to announce that three of its attorneys were recently appointed as shareholders: Marnie Fearon, Eric Riensche and Rich Savelkoul.

Ms. Fearon practices in the areas of general litigation. Her litigation experience includes real estate, construction, commercial, landlord/tenant, employment disputes, and white collar criminal defense. Ms. Fearon assists clients in successfully resolving disputes and litigating cases. She also advises employers on compliance with state and federal laws.

Mr. Riensche primarily practices in the areas of civil litigation and appellate practice. He brings experience from prior positions at the Minnesota Court of Appeals, the United States Department of Justice-Tax Division, and the League of Minnesota Cities.

Mr. Savelkoul represents closely-held businesses primarily with respect to transactions, but also as the business' general counsel overseeing all legal matters for the business. Rich also represents a wide variety of energy clients, from small hydro-electric or wind power producers to large independent power producers, various public and private institutions throughout the country.
