Andrew Christopherson’s practice focuses on all matters of taxation, trusts and estates; commercial and business advising; and real estate. He represents closely held corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships. and their owners in the purchase and sale of business interests, tax reorganizations, business formation and tax planning, contract negotiation, and succession planning.
Andrew enjoys taking complex areas of laws and synthesizing them for the client’s benefit and understanding. Tax and business law can be especially nuanced and it is a joy to guide clients through the morass.
Before joining the Firm, Andrew was a shareholder at a Wisconsin law firm.
