Colin is a strategic, zealous, and results-driven advocate. Using those traits, his labor & employment practice covers three areas in order to provide his clients with well-rounded and effective representation: (1) compliance with state and federal laws; (2) advice on any employment matter before it becomes an issue; and (3) administrative and litigation representation whenever a charge or claim arises.
Colin takes a team-based approach to his representation and works closely with his clients to develop efficient and innovation solutions that are specifically tailored to his clients’ unique needs.
Prior to joining the firm, Colin practiced at another small employment firm in the Twin Cities.
