An attorney focused on business litigation and employment law, James G. Sadkovich helps clients protect their businesses and investments with an emphasis on risk prevention and regulatory compliance.  When confronted with the threat of legal claims, James offers clients representation that is effective, clear-eyed, and mindful of the real-world consequences litigation has on his clients’ livelihoods.

Prior to joining Felhaber Larson, James clerked for the Honorable Christopher J. Dietzen at the Minnesota Supreme Court.  During law school, James worked as a law clerk for the Hennepin County Attorney’s Office’s white collar crime division and served as an extern in the chambers of the Honorable Patrick J. Schiltz.  Those positions demanded rigorous legal analysis, attention to detail, and a commitment to candor—all skills that James now uses to assist his clients achieve their business and litigation goals.
