Janell practices in the areas of Business & Commercial Litigation.  She is known as a strategic, persistent litigator with a reputation for getting the job done.

Janell began her career as a television news producer in the Twin Cities. She then switched her focus to law, first as a products liability litigator for a local law firm.  She then moved in-house at 3M, first as the general counsel for their medical surgical business and then managing  their complex mass tort litigation.

Janell loves to learn everything she can about the products and businesses that she defends.  This gives her greater insight into the issues of her cases and the needs of her clients.
