Jeffrey Maleska provides legal counsel to business owners and to for-profit and non-profits businesses of all sizes, primarily in the areas of business law and transactions, real estate, and creditor’s remedies.

In his practice, Jeffrey advises his clients in a range of business matters from entity selection and organization to business sales and acquisitions.  Additionally, Jeffrey handles a variety of real estate matters for clients including leasing, sales and acquisitions, and landlord tenant matters.   Jeffrey also offers his clients extensive experience in handling and guiding them through the process of collecting past-due accounts receivable and judgments.

Efficient and effective, Jeffrey uses the strong relationships he builds with clients to provide general counsel and advice tailored to each client’s individual needs.  Whether working through a complex business transaction or dispute, Jeffrey works closely with his clients to ensure they fully understand their legal options and select an approach that is tailored to achieve their goals.
