Laura Bernstein practices labor and employment law, representing employers in a wide range of union relations issues, including labor arbitrations, matters before the National Labor Relations Board, and interpretation of collective bargaining agreements. She also advises employers on a variety of workplace matters, including employment discrimination claims, drafting and revising company policies and handbooks, and general employment litigation defense.

When faced with challenging labor and employment issues, Laura works closely with her clients to ensure that they fully understand their legal options and select an approach best suited to achieving their goals.

Prior to joining the firm, Laura practiced at two other small labor and employment firms in the Twin Cities.
