For over 10 years, Laurie Quinn has served as a dedicated advocate for her clients, providing effective representation free of judgment and pretense.   Laurie believes achieving her client’s goals is most successful when there is a strong and trusting partnership between client and counsel.  While Laurie is tenacious and diligent in court, clients value her compassion, patience and understanding during what is often a very difficult chapter in their lives.  Whether you are an individual or business, Laurie will be a strong and clear voice for your needs.

Laurie splits her practice between litigation and compliance.  Her civil litigation practice includes matters pertaining to employment, trusts and estates and general commercial matters.  She began her career as a trial attorney, practicing criminal defense for six years, and is no stranger to the courtroom.

Laurie’s litigation practice includes representing professionals before occupational licensing boards.

Laurie also focuses on government compliance, working with companies throughout all aspects of investigations.  She has extensive experience working with clients facing audits, allegations and investigations from federal agencies including the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcements (ICE) and the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA).  As part of this practice, Laurie works closely with her clients on developing compliance strategies for relevant state and federal laws, helping to craft and implement policies and practices that secure business interests while minimizing legal exposure.

In addition, Laurie maintains a corporate immigration practice assisting business clients who wish to obtain nonimmigrant visas (H-1B, L-1, E-3, TN, O-1, etc.) on behalf of potential talent.
