Randi Winter practices commercial and employment litigation. In addition, she represents clients with respect to utility, employee benefits, health law, and labor matters. Randi has represented clients before the Minnesota District and Appellate Courts, Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, Federal District Courts, United States Tax Court, Minnesota Public Utilities Commission, Minnesota Department of Labor, and in labor arbitrations, among others. During her tenure with Felhaber, Randi has helped clients obtain trial victories from juries and judges in both federal and state court.

For Randi, one of the most enriching aspects of her work is the opportunity to develop relationships with the people behind each client’s business or organization. She enjoys the energy and flexibility required to represent clients in all aspects of litigation, ranging from negotiating to briefing to oral argument. She has found that successful client advocating requires preparedness, enthusiasm, and a willingness to think outside the box.

Randi has served on several firm committees, including her current role on the firm’s recruiting committee.
