Serena O’Neil focuses her practice on providing supportive and effective legal representation to her clients. Her practice includes estate planning and administration, estate disputes and litigation, and business and commercial litigation. Serena’s clients include individuals, beneficiaries, personal representatives, trustees, conservators, guardians, creditors, and for-profit and non-profit businesses.
In her trusts and estates practice, Serena helps clients plan for the future by developing estate plans tailored to meet the unique goals of her clients and transfer wealth to the next generation. When a family member or loved one passes away, Serena also guides clients through probate and trust administration, helping to manage deadlines and resolve disputes amongst beneficiaries and creditors as harmoniously as possible.
When an estate or business dispute arises, Serena engages in the litigation process with her clients by meticulously considering the facts and developing persuasive legal arguments. From the first step of the case to the last, Serena strategically advises her litigation clients through resolving the matter, be it through mediation, settlement, motion practice, or trial.
Since becoming a member of the bar, Serena has also committed to sharing her legal skills with underrepresented communities through pro bono work, and she gives her time by volunteering through the Volunteer Lawyers Network.
