A litigator, Serena O’Neil focuses her practice on providing supportive and effective legal representation to her clients. Her practice includes employment matters, contract and other business disputes, and trusts and estates issues. Serena’s clients include individuals, beneficiaries, trustees, employers, and for-profit and non-profit businesses.

Serena recognizes the challenges clients face when enveloped in a dispute. Armed with the perceptive eye of a litigator, Serena seeks the heart of the matter to help clients forge a path forward to gain a resolution, be it through mediation, settlement, motion practice, or trial. From the first step of the case to the last, she strategically engages in the litigation process by meticulously considering the facts and developing persuasive legal arguments.

Since becoming a member of the bar, Serena has also committed to sharing her legal skills with underrepresented communities through pro bono work, and she gives her time by volunteering through the Volunteer Lawyers Network.
