Ted’s practice primarily includes business law, real estate law, and commercial real estate litigation. On the business side, Ted advises businesses on a broad range of matters from formation to dissolution, including corporate governance, employment matters, contract drafting and negotiations, acquisitions and sales, and succession planning. On the real estate side, he assists clients in all aspects of the sale, lease, or purchase of real estate, whether commercial or residential, as well as land use matters, landlord-tenant matters, title matters, and boundary disputes. When it comes to litigation, Ted represents clients in real estate litigation and arbitration matters, breach of contract cases, commercial lease disputes, mechanics’ lien actions, Torrens proceedings, foreclosure actions, and boundary disputes.
