Thomas Hughes has over 30 years of experience practicing in employee benefits.  He has been involved in the design, drafting and compliance of retirement, health and welfare and deferred compensation programs.  He helps clients with pension, profit sharing, 401(k) and employee stock ownership (ESOP) plans.  He also assists with health and welfare programs (both insured and self-insured), including health reimbursement and health savings accounts.

Tom frequently serves as a Neutral on employee benefit matters in family law cases.  He has been retained by attorneys, accountants and insurers for his expertise on complex benefit issues, including fiduciary liability, funding and administrative problems.
