Timothy Hassett has practiced in the areas of real estate, construction and business law for more than 30 years. He has experience in real estate sales, development and construction for residential and commercial developers, and hospitals and health care clients. Tim also has significant experience in the sale and leasing of commercial real estate and in real estate related litigation.

Tim is a Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL), a past Chairman of the Minnesota State Bar Association’s Real Estate Section, a Certified Real Property Law Specialist in the State of Minnesota and a Member of the Real Property Law Specialists Certification Board of Directors. He is also experienced in appellate practice, having represented clients in both Minnesota and Wisconsin appellate courts.

Tim has helped clients form new companies and reorganize existing companies, as well as counseled clients in the purchase and sale of businesses. His development experience includes the development of a hospital campus, medical clinics, and a significant number of residential and mixed-use developments.
