Attorney Colin Hargreaves published an article in the April issue of Bench & Bar of Minnesota entitled “Inflexible Leave Litigation: Stretching the Limits of the ADA.”
Colin’s article focused on leaves of absence as a reasonable accommodation under the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) and how the federal courts tend to rule when employers insist on following their established leave policies. He makes an effective case for flexibility and a case-by-case approach to these issues.
