Elle Lannon focuses her practice at Felhaber Larson on employment law, labor relations, and commercial litigation, representing clients across healthcare, government, financial institutions, and education sectors. A 2019 graduate of Mitchell Hamline School of Law, Elle is licensed to practice in Minnesota, the U.S. District Court District of Minnesota, and the U.S. Court of Appeals Eighth Circuit.
Recognized with the 2022 Deb Oberlander New Lawyer Award from the Minnesota Defense Lawyers Association for her leadership and advocacy, Elle brings a strategic, proactive approach to her practice. She excels in employment litigation, discrimination matters, regulatory compliance, and management training, while maintaining a clear focus on achieving favorable client outcomes through fair and transparent processes.
Elle’s commitment to the legal community includes service as Co-Chair of the New Defense Lawyers Committee for the Minnesota Defense Lawyers Association and as a Delegate for the Seventh Judicial District Bar Association. She regularly shares her expertise through presentations, including the firm’s annual labor and employment seminar.
Known for her thorough preparation and responsive communication, Elle takes particular satisfaction in guiding clients through complex challenges while providing both legal expertise and clarity in uncertain situations.
Outside the office, Elle enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, and tending to her collection of house plants.
