MID-LEVEL ATTORNEY OPENING - LABOR & EMPLOYMENT

Felhaber Larson is seeking a mid-level attorney with 5 to 15 years of labor and employment experience to join our management side Labor and Employment practice. This attorney will
work individually and collaborate with other team members on a wide variety of matters, including counseling employers regarding hiring and terminations; compliance with state and federal wage and hour; disability, and leave laws; and drafting employment agreements, separation agreements, employment policies, and other transactional employment matters. This attorney will also defend single plaintiff employment litigation and labor arbitrations and may also defend class employment litigation.

ASSOCIATE POSITION OPENING - LABOR & EMPLOYMENT

Felhaber Larson is seeking an associate attorney with 3 to 10 years of experience to join our management side Labor and Employment practice. This associate will work closely with senior attorneys on a wide variety of management side labor matters including contract negotiations, unfair labor practices charges, and grievance arbitrations. While labor is expected to be the focus of this position, this associate will also assist in counseling employers on employment law issues and defense of single plaintiff and class employment litigation and administrative charges.
