Minnesota State Moorhead marked the beginning of Sara’s impactful journey, and today she continues to make a difference in the Twin Cities through her work at Felhaber Larson, serving others and shaping the legal field with every case she takes on. Sara has spent the past 25 years as a Labor and Employment attorney at Felhaber Larson, where she made history as the firm’s first female president from 2017 to 2023. Throughout her career, she has been repeatedly recognized as a Minnesota Super Lawyer, earned a prestigious Chambers Tier 1 ranking, one of only three attorneys in the state to do so, and remains deeply committed to giving back through extensive pro bono work each year. From her beginnings at Minnesota State Moorhead to her work at Felhaber Larson, Sara continues to serve her community and shape the legal profession through steady, meaningful impact.
