Please Join Us in Welcoming Richard Sauceda to the Firm! Richard is a dedicated litigation attorney with experience in employment matters, commercial disputes, and a broad range of legal issues. He earned his B.S. in Chemistry, magna cum laude, from Southern Utah University in 2017 and his J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2022, where he received the Dean’s Distinguished Scholarship and concentrated in Civil Litigation. Known for his meticulous preparation, attention to detail, and clear communication, Richard takes a thoughtful and diligent approach to every matter, working closely with clients to understand their objectives and develop effective strategies to protect their interests.
