Felhaber is honored to be selected by Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal as one of the Best Places to Work, one of only 15 organizations in the medium company category, or those employing 50 to 99 team members in Minnesota. This honor is particularly meaningful as it is the result of confidential survey results from our team. More than 87% of our employees participated in the survey, and their anonymous responses resulted in an overall score of 91.15 out of 100! When asked to choose a word to describe our culture, their top choice was flexible.
Our employees were given the opportunity to provide comments about the firm and its culture. A few of their comments are below.
I feel very strongly that the managers at Felhaber are just wonderful and caring. They really try hard to make us feel like we matter and to provide the flexibility and time off we need. They provide an environment that is very comfortable and welcoming. They help us when we need help and give us freedom to do our jobs at our highest abilities. They also hire and are supportive of people with disabilities that other companies would disregard. Felhaber is just a fantastic place to work. I would be very grateful and happy to work here until retirement.
Felhaber and its leadership focus on the correct things. They give the appropriate level of autonomy and guidance/oversight when necessary. It is a great place to work.
For 27 years, the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal has recognized organizations that put a premium on their employees with their Best Places to Work awards. With discussions of engagement and employee retention across the country, as well as the challenge to attract top talent a struggle for many companies, it is more important than ever to create and sustain an engaging, inclusive workplace. This year, the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal has identified 70 employers in the region that scored high marks from their employees when asked to rate their employers on a variety of questions related to leadership, communication and more. Felhaber Larson could not be more grateful for this honor.
