At Felhaber, community support is more than a tradition—it’s part of our DNA. Once again, the Felhaber family came together for our annual School Supply Drive, partnering with the Kids in Need Foundation to help ensure students and teachers have the tools they need for a successful school year. And this year, our team took the spirit of giving to a whole new level. Building on the success of last year’s drive, Felhaber kicked off the drive by donating 164 backpacks and Felhaber employees once again rallied around a shared goal: collecting and donating school supplies for students and classrooms in need. The drive brought out plenty of generosity—and a little friendly competition—as Team Doyle and Team Zilmer went head-to-head to see who could make the biggest impact with a friendly competition. Together, Team Doyle and Team Zilmer purchased an incredible 17,296 individual pieces, more than double of last year’s total.
The Kids in Need Foundation has been serving classrooms since 1995, working to ensure that children have access to the school supplies they need to learn and succeed. Its mission aligns closely with Felhaber’s own commitment to making a positive and lasting impact in the communities we serve. For many families, the cost of school supplies can create an additional challenge at the start of the school year. Donations like these help remove one of those barriers, giving students the resources they need to focus on what matters most: learning, growing, and thriving.
