Attorney Tom Radio has been named to the Minnesota State Bar Association (MSBA) Real Property Certification Board. The Board is responsible for insuring compliance with the process and standards used to certify Minnesota practitioners as specialists in the practice of Real Property Law.
According to the MSBA’s press release: “The certified specialist designation is earned by leading attorneys who have completed a rigorous approval process, including an examination in the specialty area, peer review, and documented experience. Certified attorneys have demonstrated superior knowledge, skill and integrity in their specific field and can use the designation of specialist to advertise their credentials.”
Fewer than 3% of all licensed attorneys in Minnesota have earned the specialty designation.
In addition to his certification as a Real Property Law specialist, Tom also is certified by the MSBA as a Civil Trial Law Specialist.
