Daniel “Witt” Fram

Daniel Witt Fram brings nearly five decades of legal experience to his comprehensive business and real estate practice at Felhaber Larson. Admitted to the Minnesota bar in 1976, Dan focuses on banking and financial services, business transactions, and commercial litigation, serving clients across multiple sectors including financial institutions, commercial real estate, and family businesses.

His recent accomplishments include successfully completing credit union mergers, closing large construction loans, and facilitating significant business asset sales. As outside general counsel, Dan handles mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcy matters, and business ownership disputes, bringing diligence and professionalism to every transaction.
