David Hashmall’s litigation practice focuses on corporate and commercial litigation, including the representation of closely held corporations, the defense of securities and antitrust claims, and service on special litigation committees.

David has extensive experience in insurance coverage litigation, including litigation regarding professional and fiduciary liability policies and claims against state insurance guaranty associations. His practice also includes the defense of fiduciary liability claims under ERISA.

David is an Arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association and a Qualified Neutral under Rule 114  of the Minnesota Rules of General Practice.
