Attorney Lauren C. Janochoski Joins Felhaber

Lauren Janochoski brings a dynamic approach to her diverse practice at Felhaber Larson, focusing on construction law, real estate, and commercial litigation. A graduate of Mitchell Hamline School of Law and the University of St. Thomas, Lauren draws from her experience as a judicial clerk in Dakota County to provide comprehensive legal counsel across multiple industries.
Her expertise in construction law is evidenced by her co-authorship of a chapter on special issues in new construction for the Minnesota Real Estate Purchase & Sale Deskbook and her regular presentations with Contractor University on Minnesota and Wisconsin construction law updates. Lauren’s practice encompasses business disputes, creditors’ remedies, and insurance coverage matters, serving clients from real estate developers to manufacturing companies.
