Felhaber Welcomes Attorney Richard Sauceda to the Firm
Richard Sauceda is a dedicated attorney whose practice is focused primarily on litigation, with experience in employment-related matters, commercial litigation, and a broad range of other legal issues. He is known for his meticulous preparation, attention to detail, and commitment to pursuing his clients’ interests.
Richard graduated magna cum laude from Southern Utah University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry. He subsequently attended the University of Minnesota Law School, where he was a recipient of the Dean’s Distinguished Scholarship and graduated in 2022 with a concentration in Civil Litigation.
While in law school, he clerked throughout his legal education at a Twin Cities law firm, gaining valuable practical experience and developing a strong foundation in litigation and legal practice. Since graduating from law school, he has continued to focus largely on litigation, gaining significant experience in employment-related matters and commercial disputes. His work has also exposed him to a variety of other areas of law, allowing him to develop a broad and comprehensive understanding of the legal issues that can arise in complex matters.
He approaches his practice with a careful and meticulous mindset, leaving no stone unturned in his efforts to achieve the best possible results for his clients. He brings that same level of thoroughness and care to his interactions with clients and colleagues. He believes in open and clear communication, treating everyone he works with professionally and respectfully, and ensuring that his clients and colleagues know they can rely on him.

In his free time, Richard spent two years coaching youth baseball and enjoys reading, exploring Minnesota’s outdoors, and spending time with his family.
