Felhaber Larson is pleased to announce that Peter Snyder has been elected a shareholder of the firm, effective January 1, 2026.
Peter, a Minnesota State Bar Association–certified Real Property Law Specialist, joined Felhaber in 2023 and brings comprehensive expertise in real estate and business transactional matters. Peter’s recent experience includes representing clients in significant acquisitions and dispositions, including a $72 million office/warehouse purchase, an $18 million charter school site sale, a $12 million manufacturing company sale, and an $8 million mechanical contracting company sale. He also co-authored a chapter in the Minnesota Real Estate Purchase and Sale Deskbook.
Peter’s practice focuses on commercial real estate and development, financing, mergers and acquisitions, and advising businesses of all sizes. His practice serves a diverse client base ranging from family-owned businesses to major corporations.
He is known for finding creative solutions to complex challenges. Clients value his straightforward approach and his ability to clearly explain intricate legal issues. His direct, engaging style helps clients navigate difficult situations while keeping a practical focus on their business objectives.
