Peter Snyder practices principally in the area of commercial transactional law, including financial transactions, corporate governance, commercial real estate, contract negotiations, and shareholder/partner relations. He enjoys helping and working with clients to solve their issues using a relationship-based approach that allows him to genuinely understand them, their business interests, and their desired outcomes.

Clients have often noted (1) his ability to “see around the corner” to anticipate possible problematic situations and implement strategies to preventatively address those areas and (2) how easy and approachable he can make complex topics or situations for them; and (3) his genuine desire to be invested and involved in their success.
